About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher to manage daily dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with drivers, handle load assignments, and ensure smooth communication between all parties involved.
This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

What You’ll Do
- Dispatching & Scheduling: Assign loads to drivers, plan routes, and ensure timely deliveries
- Communication & Coordination: Stay in contact with drivers, brokers, and clients to manage operations smoothly
- Load Management: Track shipments, confirm pickup and delivery timings, and maintain workflow consistency
- Documentation: Handle rate confirmations, BOL, POD, and other dispatch-related paperwork
- Operations Monitoring: Track driver activity and ensure smooth execution of dispatch tasks
- Customer Support: Provide updates and maintain strong client communication
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Strong English Communication Skills
- Basic Computer & Internet Skills
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in the trucking industry
